Dermatosurgery is the practice of dermatology specializing in surgical procedures and minimally invasive treatments to improve the health and appearance of skin.  If necessary we use local anaesthesia and mild sedation during surgery. Before the surgery, Shri Panchsheel Dental & Derm Care Centre examine complete history to know about the allergies, comorbidities and any other illness prior to the surgery preventing any untoward event.

The surgical procedures are performed with utmost sterilization and hygienic measures at our clinic. A dedicated room is used for dermatosurgeries which is fumigated from time to time. A B-Class autoclave is used to sterilize the instruments before surgery preventing any infections. Standardised protocols are followed regarding disinfection and waste management. The above measures complete patient care and zero chances of infection and complications giving the best results to our patients.

Skin-Biopsy

• Skin biopsy is a procedure in which a small piece of skin is removed from the body for examination, and sent for histopathological examination , to establish or confirm a precise diagnosis.

Vitiligo Surgery

• Multiple surgical techniques like Melanocyte Keratinocyte Transfer, SMASH Grafting, Suction Blister Grafting, Split Thickness Skin Grafting are available at our clinic for vitiligo patients to impart colour to white patches.

Earlobe Repair

It is a surgical repair of the earlobe due to an elongated or torn ear piercing using local anaesthesia for a painfree experience. Dermabrasion or Rf ablation is first done to freshen the edges followed by suturing.

Radiofrequency Ablation

• Shri Panchsheel Dental & Derm Care Centre use Radiofrequency technique for scarless removal of moles, warts, nevi, seborrheic keratosis.

Cryosurgery

Cryosurgery is use of extreme cold to destroy abnormal tissue on skin. It treats conditions like keloids, verruca, seborrheic keratosis, molluscum conatgiosumetc.

Nail Surgery

• At our clinic with utmost asepsis performs the surgeries for Partial and complete nail removal, Chemical matricectomy, nail biopsy, intra metrical injections etc are nail surgeries.

NHET For Sebaceous Cyst, Lipoma & Moles

• Narrow hole extrusion techniqueis a simple procedure performed using a punch to remove a circular piece of skin over the lesion, the lipoma/cyst is then extruded through the hole. The piece of skin is then positioned over the defect and acts as a graft and minimizes scarring.

Dermabrasion

• Microdermabrasion / hydradermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure which is use to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tone, and other skin-related concerns. We use standalone or in combination with peels and mesotherapy to solve the skin issues.
